Management of a 20-person marketing team with full personnel and budget responsibility, international product launches, and restructuring of the entire marketing department.

Co-Founder & Board Member of trauma.help – German Trauma Competence Network e.V.:

Personal:
In my free time, I pursue my passion for challenges as a kitesurfer, surfer, and snowboarder. I enjoy cooking and have a fondness for Rioja wines. The ability to stay calm and focused in demanding situations shapes both my approach to sports and my professional work.

With over 20 years of experience in finance leadership, M&A, and private equity, Tobias supports companies through transformation phases, special situations, and growth periods. He takes on interim finance leadership roles, leads financial projects in M&A contexts, and builds scalable finance structures—especially for mid-sized companies, private equity portfolios, and digital business models. His working style combines solid expertise with a strong understanding of systems, processes, and people. Tobias holds a Lic. oec. HSG degree and is a certified NLP Business Practitioner—a combination that enables both analytical clarity and strong communication skills in complex environments.
